What happens next: download the agreement, fill in your details, sign it, and email it back to christin.camacho@big5atwork.com. I'll countersign and send you a fully executed copy.

The terms in plain language

10% referral fee, only on clients I bring youYou pay Big 5 at Work 10% of Gross Fees for workshops and test administration with any client I introduce. Clients you already had, or bring in yourself, aren't subject to this fee.

Assessment pricing on every teamEvery team that takes the Big 5 at Work assessment pays volume pricing: $4.99 per person for 1–9, $4.49 for 10–24, $3.99 for 25–49 and $3.49 for 50 or more, plus $50 per team for setup and the team dashboard. This applies to your own clients too, and the 10% fee is never charged on it.

Non-exclusive, both waysI can refer clients to other consultants too, and you're free to work with clients from any source.

24-month attribution windowThe fee applies to any engagement agreed within 24 months of my introduction — including follow-on workshops booked later.

5 business days to flag or declineAlready talking to that client, or want to pass? Let me know in writing within 5 business days of the introduction.

Professional standardsPresent the Five Factor Model accurately, never as a clinical tool, and never as the sole basis for a hiring or firing decision.

"Member of the network," not "certified"You can use the Big 5 at Work name to identify yourself as part of the referral network — not as an employee, and not as someone Big 5 at Work certifies or supervises.

How to sign

  1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Apple Preview, or a similar PDF app.
  2. Fill in the shaded fields — your legal name, entity type, state, and business address.
  3. Sign using your app's Fill & Sign tool, or by typing or drawing a signature in the signature box.
  4. Save and email it to christin.camacho@big5atwork.com.
  5. I'll countersign and send back a fully executed copy for your records.
