We offer a half-day or full-day agenda based on your needs. Prior to the workshop, each participant needs to take Big 5 at Work's full AI-powered test (not just the free version). In the half-day workshop, a Big 5 at Work consultant will review your team's test results, educate the team on how each trait can impact their work, and leave them with practical tips on how to use these insights to improve communication. In the full-day workshop, participants will break out into smaller groups to discuss topics that we develop in advance with you, customized to your unique goals and challenges.
A Big 5 at Work consultant can host an in-person guided workshop anywhere in the United States. We also offer online workshops through Zoom or Microsoft Teams, depending on your preference.
Big 5 at Work offers a free personality test for a high-level overview of your traits. To take the full AI-powered adaptive test, which includes a comprehensive personality assessment, we charge $15 per person. To compare everyone's results on a dashboard, we charge a setup fee of $50. Our workshops are $3,000 for a half-day session, or $6,000 for a full-day sesion. Our AI Virtual Coach is currently under development; contact us to inquire about participating in the free pilot.
