Full day workshops include additional hours for breakout sessions where smaller groups can discuss topics relevant to your organization. Big 5 at Work will work with you in advance of the workshop to identify the most impactful discussion topics.
Yes, the price of each workshop includes the AI test and full results; those are not charged separately. Teams will gain access to a dashboard where they can view their results and compare them to others.
Workshops are designed for groups of 30 people or less. For groups larger than that, we will develop a custom pricing plan to meet your needs, which will depend on the size of the group and how many Big 5 at Work consultants will be required to host breakout sessions.
No, workshops for groups under 30 people are one price; $3,000 for a half-day, or $6,000 for a full-day. We can host groups larger than 30 people, but will need to work with you in advance to develop a custom proposal.
