Questions about pricing
Why aren't assessments included in the workshop price?
Teams come in every size, so we price the workshop and the assessments separately. You only pay for the people who actually take the assessment, and larger groups get the lower per-person rate automatically.
How do I choose between the three workshops?
All three are priced for groups of fewer than 20 people. The 2 Hour Session fits a team meeting or offsite slot and covers the five traits with a first look at the facets. The Half-Day Workshop goes deeper into the facets, with paired practice. The Team Deep Dive adds breakout work on your own situations and time to build the “Scaffolding”: the processes and guidelines that keep your team working well together.
Can we do a workshop virtually?
Yes, the 2 Hour Session and the Half-Day Workshop can both run virtually. The Team Deep Dive is in person only, because a full day of breakout work on your team's real situations is too hard to facilitate well over video.
What if our group has 20 or more people?
The workshop prices on this page are for groups of fewer than 20. Larger groups need more facilitation, and often more than one consultant for breakout sessions, so we put together a custom quote. Tell us about your group and we'll follow up.
Who leads the workshops?
A Big 5 at Work Consultant from our referral network, trained in the Five Factor Model and our workshop materials. Tell us about your team on the Find a Consultant page and we'll introduce you to the right person.
Do I need a Team Dashboard to buy places for my team?
No. Without a dashboard, everyone still gets their own full assessment and report. The dashboard is what lets people see their scores side by side, and you can add it later.
How many people can share one dashboard?
There's no hard limit, but comparing more than about 30 people at once gets difficult, so we recommend one dashboard per team. Each dashboard is $50, and company admins can see every team's dashboard at no extra cost.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. For workshops or larger purchases, contact us and we'll send an invoice.
