Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This policy applies to consumers in Washington State and explains how Big 5 at Work handles any information that could count as "consumer health data" under Washington's My Health My Data Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Big 5 at Work is a sole proprietorship owned by Christin Camacho in Shoreline, Washington. Contact: christin.camacho@big5atwork.com.
Do we collect consumer health data?
The Big 5 at Work assessment is a personality assessment, not a medical or mental health test, and we don't ask about medical conditions, diagnoses or treatment. Some of the assessment's statements ask how you usually feel and react, and some facet scales carry research names such as "Anxiety", "Depression" and "Vulnerability". Because these could be read as information about a person's mental or emotional state, we treat them as consumer health data and follow this policy.
Categories we collect
- Your answers to assessment statements about mood, worry, stress and emotional reactions.
- Your Neuroticism trait score and its six facet scores (Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Self-Consciousness, Immoderation and Vulnerability), and the parts of your written report and AI conversation that discuss them.
- Anything you choose to type about your feelings or wellbeing in the AI conversation.
Where it comes from
Only from you, when you take the assessment and use the AI conversation. We don't buy it or get it from anyone else, and we don't infer health conditions.
Why we collect and use it
Only to score your assessment, write your report and run the AI conversation you ask for, to support and secure the Services, and to build aggregated, de-identified statistics such as scoring norms. We don't use it for advertising and never sell it.
Who we share it with
- Our service providers (processors): Anthropic (writes your report and conversation replies), and Vercel and its database partner (hosting and storage). They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Your team, only if you choose: when you click to share your results with a team, your five trait scores, including your Neuroticism score, become visible to the people listed on that team's page (teammates, team leads and company admins). Your facet scores, answers, report and conversation are never shared with them. Clicking share is your consent to this sharing, and you can withdraw it at any time by leaving the team.
We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; give you access to it and a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with; delete it; or withdraw your consent to sharing. Email christin.camacho@big5atwork.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 45 days, as the law allows, and tell you if we need more time. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line; we will answer your appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
How long we keep it
We keep consumer health data only while it is being used. If nobody signs in to an account for 18 months, we delete it, including its answers, scores, reports and AI conversation. Team and company dashboards, and the scores shared with them, are deleted the same way when nobody connected to them has signed in for 18 months. We email a warning 30 days and again 7 days before any deletion, and signing in keeps the data. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from your account page, or ask us to, and we will delete your consumer health data within 30 days. Residual backup copies are deleted on our providers' standard schedules.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page when we change this policy, and email registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
