Big 5 at Work hosts team-building workshops based on the latest  personality science, using the Five-Factor Model of Personality as its foundation. Unlike other workplace personality assessments, we don't put your team in a quadrant and assign them a label. Personality has many dimensions, and everyone falls somewhere on the scale. For example, you're not either introverted or extraverted, you're somewhere in between.

The process begins with an online assessment that will identify where each participant falls within the Big 5 Personality Traits. Then, you can choose a workshop to meet your desired goals. We offer short sessions, half-day and full-day workshops, as well as the option for ongoing support.
